need advice. torn medial meniscus of the R knee this year in February. scoped in March. therapy until June. seemed to be fully recovered. I teach dance. 5 weeks into the teaching year and same popping pain posterior and medial R knee. locks at times. gives out at least once a day.
what kind of recovery and what kind of effects can I expect if the knee needs to be scoped again.
what should I do to help this situation while waiting to see the ortho.
