I love when I go for a run, and my legs are actually working and getting sore. But my quads and hamstrings just feel tired, and all that develops is a constant sore tightness in the front of my hips. It feels like my muscles get weaker every time I run and they don't rebuild. All that builds is tightness in my hips and calves during running.Any running advice or questions would be great! My legs just don't feel right and I need to change something.
