I believe the muscle area that is giving me problems is the upper Sartorius. This happen during a volleyball game while I was reaching or stretching out for a volleyball. What I've done to treat this injury is really just taking it easy but I've just started icing it down this week; 20 minutes on and 45 minutes off for two hour ever other night. I've not gone to see anyone about this injury. I play adult competitive and actually trying to prepare for a huge competitive tournament here in Dallas on July 15 & 16. And I'm 35 years old.

You should go see a non-surgeon sports medicine doc. You should see one who is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. To find one around you, click on "Find a Doc" and then search by city, state, or zip code: AMSSM website.
