Hi I am a crossfit athlete who trains anywhere from 3 to 5 days a week. Crossfit as most know is a very high intense workout with quick movements. I know many doctors and physicians are not to fond of crossfit but it is a passion of mine. I had a quad strain injury about 2 months ago and I took about a month and a half off to rest my quad. Now, 2 months later it is beginning to happen again. What is the reason for this and how can I stop it once and for all?

I know your crossfit training led to your injury. I was asking whether you could pinpoint it to something specific (e.g. running, squats, etc.)
You need to see a physician again - same or different one. Was your physician a sports medicine physician? If you click on my name and send me a private message with the name of the doc you've seen and what city you live near, I may be able to give specific advice.
