Hi, I have a question...kind of need of diagnosis issue...my doctor seems to have no clue and this issue continues to get worse and I'm afraid I'm going to lose the use of my leg as a whole...I've had a ton of ankle sprains and I fell while squatting at the gym last month...and afterwards I measured ly checked the mobility of the ankle for sensitivity and it appeared right away....there's a small muscle between the foot and ankle and I think I strained it...but...it's not healing and I'm not able to run well or walk well...and my leg at the knee on the outside rear towards my right hand has this same exact issue...and it's been doing the same thing for six years...i was able to overcome the leg but now the ankle is added so it's really weighing me down...anything hurts it..from a bump during walking to a nights sleep and me being to say and turney....I could wake up with it throbbing...I took a per cosset once and it went away completely...but..I want this injury healed and functional...it feels like my ankle joint is just blasted and loose and opened but the sprain was so subtle...I had 165 pounds on my back but really it did not hurt at all...I didn't turn the ankle I essentially dropped to my knees with my feet flipping back under me...so I'm not really sure why it's hurt the way it is...I'm very fit and I work out a lot...I don't own a car...I bicycle everywhere and walk...so losing my leg is really just not an option and I must get passed this to live and travel comfortably....it's two tiny muscles....at the knee and the other the ankle...why are they not healing...the knee has been over six years running and I can do everything...leg press 565 pounds run five miles cycle four miles a day and I weigh 230 pounds...I'm definitly not fat free but I'm really fit and lean muscularly I just have maybe fifteen pounds of fat to lose but it's clean and healthy I've been on a diet for seven years straight....so I'm really concerned and upset about these injuries getting worse...I just cannot perform like I used to...I get that's okay...but I'm like in the middle of working out and that's what I do with my time for seven years now...it's my goal and that's how I spend my time...I've tried just walking and running a little which I can only manage a little anyways...but it gets worse quick...I have low income insurance and I'd have to put in an application for a hearing to get any surgery and chances are it would be denied and sub par at best to my expectations...and I cannot get a satisfactory answer as to what the condition or injury even is....any suggestions? I'm working on transportation but it really is about the future of the leg all together...the ankle gets pretty irritated when I'm lifting weights after a while...it feels like it's coming apart basically...I've got chips in there too...do you think it could be chips getting into the radius of the joint and inhibiting movement? I hope so cause I will grind them chips up! Any help or suggestion is welcome.

ouchezpleeze, I read your detailed story (as well as your humorous Robert Palmer reference). You said that your "doctor seems to have no clue" and "I have low income insurance". That being said, I think you can have good medical diagnosis and treatment.
Let me know what city you live in or near, and I will try to point you in the right direction.

What!? That makes no sense!? What do those seem to negotiate out of the injury? I live in Jacksonville North Carolina.....but I have a doctor already? And I know there's nothing wrong I just can't really prove it...and the doctor can't either....I'm donating plasma for the first time on Monday though...my plasma doesn't hurt..but my leg does....it definitly needs something...I forgot that it was Robert Palmer....and no I don't need a chocolate bunny edible..I'm alergic to cannibiscuits...and coco-cocaine...already...like really bad.......
