Spring 2016 I injured my arm with a golf swing where the club jammed into the ground. I suffered with the injury all season. Took a few weeks off at one point and thought it was better only to reinjure it. I live in Michigan and have had the winter to rest it. Hit 6 golf balls into the field today on this 60 degree February day and already felt a twinge of pain of. The third shot! My thumb and a couple of fingers are tingling a little now as well.
I don't think I've did much damage but what do I need to do to prevent this from happening again. When injured the pain is more I. The upper inner forearm than the elbow itself. I have been trying to do stretches and some wrist/forearm strengthning exercises with a 10 pound weight this winter.
