Having read "Conditioning Program for Baseball Pitchers" I noticed the pylometric exercises are upper body. Is there a place for lower body pylo's ? There are no drills illustrated for "coordination/skill" any that are recommended? My 10 y/o son is presently playing ice hockey and tap dancing and in the "no thorwing" part of the year.

If your son is currently in two organized activities, this is plenty for his young maturing (physically and metally) body to handle. He does not need to be doing plyometrics at this point. Push ups and crunches are appropriate for his age (2-3 times per week, 2 sets of 10-20 each). The two most important things that are often overlooked are adequate sleep and excellent nutrition. Without these, everything else is a moot point. Good luck
