I have a 15 year old daughter who is a fast pitch- pitcher. She performs at a high level for her age. She is very loose jointed and she has been told by her Doctor to keep her rotator cuff strong. She recently has had some minor subluxation when throwing over hand. From past experience what would you recommend for an athlete her age who has a loose shoulder? She pitched the entire high school year without incident but training for her summer team has been somewhat troublesome.
