We have not formally put together a softball program but continue to use the Thrower's ten program as a good foundation of rotator cuff and scapula exercises for most athletes involved in baseball or softball. Thanks
The Thrower's Ten Program is utilized by softball players as well and serves as a good foundation exercises for pitchers. In addition, because of the typical weaknesses present in female pitchers, exercises for the core and large muscle groups of the lower extremity and upper extremity should be included.
