I am experiencing severe muscle strain and can’t move my right forearm properly. I consulted a doctor and he told me that it might be due to poor flexibility. He also suggested to get alternative therapies for improving my flexibility. So I am thinking of getting treatment for my pain from Physiomed, a physiotherapy treatment clinic in Etobicoke. But still confused regarding this. Does physiotherapy alone help for this? How long will it take to complete the rehabilitation course? Any advice or suggestions regarding my concern is appreciated.

It is good you consulted the doctor first. Physical therapy can treat many musculoskeletal problems. Let us know what your diagnosis is from the doctor or therapist, and how long the therapist thinks the rehab will take.
