I assume you are talking about undergraduate college, correct?
When you say you'd like to get into "sports medicine" do you have any feel for what type of role you're thinking? Do you picture yourself as a physician (orthopaedic surgeon or non-surgical doc), physical therapist, athletic trainer, researchers, or other?

It is good to think about career plans now while you are in high school, but do not limit yourself. Any of the colleges listed would provide a solid education with which to attend medical school. Go where you feel is the best fit for you. That way you will likely do better and get into medical school if that is your ultimate goal.
There will be a lot of opportunities along the way to explore other avenues. Medical school, internship, residency and fellowship is quite an undertaking and well worth it if it is the right fit. Don't be afraid to look around a bit along the way.
Best of luck in college and the rest of your career path.
