I just recently read that Andrew Miller of the FLorida Marlins went on the DL with Tendinitis in his stride leg knee. In reading the Lincecum article ( Great Job by the way ASMI!) it was clear the that Chris Lincecum spent time teaching Tim the aspect of the follow through to protect the front side while others indicate the follow through to be a non teach. Are there mechanical indications that would suggest the front leg knee is absorbing the energy transfer more efficiently and safely on follow through or is this a product of stride length?
